With Aiden's help she managed to take Ilya to their room without waking her up. Leading him to the room she couldn't stop thinking. Was it really safe for her to trust that person? She just met him. For all she knew he could kill them the moment they are alone just to cut the number down and play the role of the ranker. Or he could try to earn their trust and then use them as a sacrifice piece later on. She stopped thinking when she arrived at their room.

"Were here. " she said so quiet that she wasn't sure he heard.

Johann Lozenge, Team ? (How does Aegis sound?)

For some reason, Johann woke up in the middle of the night (at least he thinks it's night) and cannot sleep. Was it because he is nervous? Impossible. Lozenge family has climbed the Tower for generations, and already has a dozen Rankers. He already braced himself when Headon chose him. But still, he can't ignore a cold feeling down his spine. He checked his Pocket to calm him down. Oh, there are three new messages. It's from the rest of Lozenges. He messaged them and got a few replies.

Jocelyn Lozenge

'Geez, stop teasing me!'

>'Tell me, is he blind or something?'

'Heya! I'm in Floor 35 together with Josh. And guess what, I found myself a cuuuute boyfriend when I was climbing the Tower. He's my teammate, a Fisherman. You should hurry so you can meet him!'

>Hey, big sis. How are you? I'm in the Floor of Tests right now, choosing role.'

Joan Lozenge

'You won't want to know. Either way, I'm kind of busy right now. Get in touch later.'

>'Are you okay? What happened with the enemies?'

'Sorry. Apparently some idiots thought it would be a piece of cake ambushing a lone Wave Controller girl. I've taken care of them'

>'Jo? Hello?'

'Congratulations. Now I'm in the middle of test, it's kind of cha-ljnjnildscsdklhk'

>'What are you doing right now? I'm laying in bed, waiting to choose my role tomorrow. Somehow I survived the mass murder in Floor 2 without getting a scratch. Lucky me.'

'Nevermind. You can see it yourself when you meet her.'

>'What happened?'

'I'm in Floor 20. I think I have enough credits to pass but for our lil' sis Janice, things aren't going well... Even I'm unable to help.'

>'How are things going for you? I've just survived some of Evankhell's Hell's tests.. And how's Jan? I heard you two went up together?'

'Tsk. It seems Jocelyn is having fun up there. Maybe she should be more serious, but not as serious as Joan. And I wonder what Jojo meant?'

Johann stood and stretched his body. It's not good to get cold feet before a big day. Johann took his gadget and went out his room to blow off some steam somewhere else. When he closed the door, he met a guy who's trying to move a sleeping girl into a room... 
Definitely not a good sign. 
"What are you doing?" he whispered, trying not to wake up the sleeping girl,

Resha was about to open the door when she heard a "What are you doing?". Instinctively she turned around, but this made her almost drop Ilya. Luckly she did not and she was still sleeping. She looked at the brunette wandering what he wanted with them. She remembered Ilya was still sleeping and she needed to put her to bed so she turned to Aiden and motion to him to ignore the man. They had more important things to do.

Ilya was having a nice dream feeding deer and bunnies when she felt like she was falling. The fall stopped and she woke-up in the arms of Aiden and Resha. They were outside of her room, the door open, and a man standing a few feet away. Ilya was still drowsy, but everyone seemed on guard.

*Ahhh* "What's going on?" She asked after stifling a yawn.

When Aiden saw the other guy his paranoia kicked in, ever since the incident Aiden had been quite edgy and the strangers sudden comment made Aiden quite nervous, a second look at the boy made Aiden rethink his decision, he looked harmless enough and after what he said registered Aiden felt like an idiot, he looked at the boy and put a finger to his mouth to indicate that this wasn't a good time.

On the other hand Ilya was just waking up and Aiden dropped her as she squirmed all of a sudden. He looked at the guy and silently mouthed See what you did?
Aiden turned back around and opened the door to the room and then bent down to help get everyone into the room.

BrehQuer Salhome

BrehQuer had finished his shower. He realized Johann wasn't there anymore, so he went out to inspect. He was still shirt-less as he walked to the open door and found Johann and the people he saw down stairs on the cafeteria. "Did something happen?" He asked, unsure of himself because he noticed everyone was quiet. Then, he saw that pink-hair waking up on that black-hair dude arms. It seemed really suspicious. "What are you doing to her?"

Johann inclined his head. Well, sorry about that He mouthed back but his expressionless face remains unchanged at all. The awkward atmosphere must be caused by doubts in every Regular's hearts. No wonder. In this Tower, you can get stabbed in the back if you trust it to someone. This is the place when allies can be your most dangerous threat. Mere handshakes have taken their toll on every floor, according to what his father said.
He heard the voice behind him and turned his head. That was one of his teammates BrehQuer. Johann responded, "Apparently he," he hesitated. There's one thing bothering him. How can part of the sleeping girl's body float? When he looked carefully for the second time he saw another girl- her ghostlike existence makes it hard to see her at the first glance. Johann corrected, "they were moving her to the room to rest, but I accidentally woke her up en route."

Ilya woke up and Resha was blaming herself for that. "I'm sorry for waking you up." she apologized to Ilya.

Ignoring the two people who were standing next to them she turned to Aiden. He already opened the door and she found it strange how easy he moved around. She was about to ask him if she took a wrong turn and ended up in front of his room. She turned questioning to him.

Everything seemed to be calming down and the other team backed off. Still groggy, Ilya walked into the room and sat on her bed.

"Sorry for making you do this," Ilya apologized. The room was dark, so Resha had vanished out of sight again. Looking at Aiden, she said, "You're name is Aiden, right?" Oddly enough, Aiden seemed comfortable. Then she remembered. "We are on the same team, aren't we?" She asked Aiden, "Sorry, I haven't been feeling great the past few days, so I haven't been paying much attention."

Aiden felt around the edges of the room searching for the light switches, he found a few and turned them all on. The room brightened up and he slowly walked over and set next to Ilya, looking for the other girl.

'She must still be outside.' Aiden thought.

Ilya was staring at him and he quickly realized she must have asked him something, thinking back he pieced together what she asked and began to answer her, "Yeah, my name is Aiden, i introduced myself at the cafeteria so you must still be groggy," Aiden gave her a nervous smile before continuing, "I guess we're on the same team, we are the only survivors of that incident and we were in teams of 3, i guess we are a team. Don't worry things have been rough for me as well after everything happened, you should try and find something to do in the meantime so you can take your mind of it."

Aiden stopped talking after he realized that the two outside may still be eavesdropping, "Hold on a sec," He said to Ilya and moved outside to see what was going on."

BrehQuer Salhome, Team Aegis

"Oh... I see". Brehquer said, but kept a confused look on his face. "I will go back and finish dressing up, be careful who you get involved with Johann". Brehquer moved inside of the apartment.

Johann saw everyone leaving, and nod to what Brehquer said. "Sure, I was just watching anyway". Suddenly he realized the Regular carrying the girl came out of their apartment. "Oh, hey. I am Johann. I didn't mean to spy on you guys, I was a bit concerned. That's all. I know how hard it is to... lose your teammates. So take good care of that girl, I hope she's OK."

Aiden felt much better after listening to Johann, 'I guess there are some decent people left in the tower.'

After a quick glance making sure that none of the other regulars were lurking around Aiden looked back at Johann, "I know, thanks for that." Aiden smiled and turned back around and walked into the room lightly tapping on Resha's shoulder to indicate he was going back in. He went and sat down beside Ilya. Waiting for Resha to come so they could talk about what they would do next... as a team.

Resha looked once more at the man from the hallway before following Aiden inside the room. He looked like he wanted to talk to them, but he didn't say anything. She waited for some time until she figured out what it was wrong. He could not see her. In moments like this she kinda of hated her ability. So she went to him and tapped him on the shoulder.
"What is it that you want to talk about?"

Aiden sat down next to Ilya and Resha appeared shortly after. "We are a team so we should get to know each other a bit now that we have time," Ilya spoke after a long silence. "My name is Ilyana Stridenger, although you can call me Ilya. I'm from Liboa on floor 51. I can create a baang and prefer to fight over long a long distance, but I have used a dagger to hunt boars. Unfortunately I couldn't bring anything with me into the tower apart from the cloths on my back. I hope to we'll get along from now on."

Everyone's pocket made a *BEEP* sound. The following message was displayed immediately after.:

"Hello Regulars! How have you been? I am sorry to make you wait this long, but I am sure you understand why. I hope you all had enough time to rest and feel better. Anyhow, your next test will be soon. First, I will announce your positions tomorrow at the training room. Go there before noon. Also, the cafeteria will give you free breakfast, so eat as much as you want. - Sonido Perlamore."
