Origin: The Ark's used to be a powerful family several centuries back ofcourse that was until Zahard entered the tower with the other 10 great family leaders, Because of their overwhelming strength over many years the influence the Ark family once had began to dwindle, also due to the unusual circumstances surrounding the subsequent, yet untimely death of the family heirs. And now the family is simply a remnant of what it used to be. Due to this the 66th floor was deemed "unlucky" and cursed(Not to mention its reference to 666). But with the latest heir coming to power, that is Micheal's father, things have become better for the family and the surrounding towns. Little by little the name "Ark" regains the power it once held.

Currently: After becoming a Ranker Micheal slowly worked his way towards becoming a test director. With the influence he has now Michael makes sure his family is protected. Also he is the direct heir to the Ark family, though his initial goals may have been achieved Micheal still wishes to advocate the ARK family name and he believes that it is his destiny to do so.

Unique Distinction: Micheal has a scar across his front torso from when he climbed the tower and fought an immensely powerful Spearbearer. Michael also has a dragon tattoo that spans across the entire portion of his back torso.

General Appearance: Micheal keeps himself in shape. Though if you were to look at him you wouldn't see any bulging muscles. He prides himself on being lithe and having ripped muscles that add together to make him extremely flexible.

Reason To Climb The Tower: As a child Micheal grew up learning up about his gruesome family history, with this in mind he knew that one day someone would come after his family and for that reason Micheal took to climbing the tower to become strong. While climbing he learned that his Father had become the family leader. Micheal's father was a good man but he had never climbed the tower and had little power of his own. This added to Micheal's burning ambition to climb the tower and become the strongest.

Virtues & Values: Micheal is an extremely cautious person, one does not simply climb the tower without learning to see the true nature of things. Michael is also an extremely hard worker and is a dedicated supporter of "Doing the right thing."

Vices: While Micheal maybe cautious he values his friends a great deal and would never for a second believe that they would betray him. Micheal is also at times arrogant especially when he see's something downright wrong happening in his presence.

Position: Being both strong and flexible Micheal can easily switch between being a Fisherman and being an offensive Scout. Though his shinsoo control maybe not as great as actual wave controllers, Micheal has an above average resistance to shinsoo.

Abilities: Other than being an extremely powerful combat specialist Micheal's hard earned title of being a High Ranker isn't for nothing, being a combat veteran Michael has built up a strong and sturdy body that gives him an above average endurance. Furthermore while Micheal isn't the greatest shinsoo controller over the years he's developed a single baang into being a constant healing mechanism giving him some passive regenerative capabilities.

Items: Micheal has gathered many useful items as he climbed the tower, but most importantly are, his A-Grade Pocket , his Needle(6A) that he so aptly titled Ark Light and his Sword(4A) Decus(Which is latin for Shining Light). All of these weapons are kept in an arms inventory called Antimony.

I have revised your application, and we have previously message each other internally.

Here is the list of things you should work on. It's important aesthetically, because for the most [And I'll mention what's not at the end] part it is all good.

There is one thing on your "Origin" section that I (for some reason) can't take out of my mind. "due to this, the 66th floor was deemed "unlucky" and cursed". Cursed by who? I think this sentence makes it less of a fact and more like a myth or gossip. It's not a big deal, but I wanted to mention it in case you may have already something in mind.

The family Ark can be really strong or used to be really strong, that's totally fine. There is no issue with being one of the strongest, but I don't think you can be close to rival a great family. The only reason being that great families have Irregulars as leaders, and their off-spring are really strong because of this.

This next point is even more important. I am not by any means an expert on ToG lore, facts, trivia, or anything in that regard really. So, I haven't found any prove against your character having Wraithraiser capabilities. But, it doesn't make much sense to have them when both parents are human. I don't think there is hybridization (Specially from big reptiles/dinosaurs with humans) So I really think you should change that. You don't need to have those genes to claim you have a strong body, don't worry.


This is the most important part. While we don't know much about pocket grades. (We know every regular gets an E-Rank pocket, not an F-Rank one) We do know how rare are weapons of different grades. A-Rank weapons are so rare, most Rankers don't own one. And only High Rankers can dream to have more than one A-Rank weapon.

There is no information I could find about ALL Test directors being High-Rankers. We only know about two of them (Floor2 and 20), but since those are really important floors it could still be true that some other directors are just Rankers. However, I have no justification to that, so you'll be a High-Ranker. And I'll grade your weapons using a Randomizer. From 1A to 10B. If you don't get at least 1A-Rank weapon in the first attempt I'll try until you get one.

P.S: It wouldn't make sense to use your character's name on every floor as the test administrator. Yes I told you you can role play the administrator on all those floors, but I recommend you to pick one for Michael, and just role play as a random administrator on the other floors.

Let me clear up a few things, firstly what you said on the origin was just some fun reference i though of when i set his outer floor origin as the 66th floor, it in no way means the floor is actually close.

The bit of the Ark family and the other great families may seem a bit inconsistent as you said but as I've mentioned they are no longer close to anything they once were, and are just a fragment of whats left of the Ark family, if you think it's absolutely necessary ill change it but i don't see it making a big difference.

I guess the lineage bit does seem a bit weird I'll change that part.

I honestly don't mind much about the weapon grades so feel free to go about it, i simply wanted to add some substance by naming them to make them feel unique.

It's not likely (But not impossible) you are going to participate in fights at any time soon. But your weapons have been graded in anticipation of such a case:

A-Rank Pocket
6A Needle
5B Spear & 5B Reel
4B Sword

Lastly, the issue with the Ark family is that I want you to keep in mind that no other family ever rivaled with any great family. Only F.U.G and Wolhaiksong can do that, because they have Irregulars. As I said, you can make the Ark family one of the strongest, but to rival with an Irregular and their descendants, that's too much to claim.
