A rather tiny village, barely encompassing of five family groups. They aim to increase the size and expansion of their influence by staring up a small delivery group within the town confines that travels to some of the neighboring strongholds to deliver mail, items, communications, whatever they can get their hands on.

Strix, a variety of owl-humanoid. While they contain the basic shape of a person, they have a few tweaks and twists. Their features are liberally splattered by feather groupings, they have bird feet with some wicked claws, their eyes are always a version of yellow that retain no pupil and they range from tall and lanky to even taller and lankier, the average member of their race reaching about 7' high. They tend to carry themselves in a very birdlike manner, with jerky motions and a hunched back, and due to their eyes, they see extraordinarily well in darkness, but when faced with sudden sunlight they tended to be nearly blinded while they adjust.

A dark reddish gray that slowly bleeds into crimson around the roots.

A dull grayish shade of peach.

He has feathers sprouting along his cheekbones and neck, not to mention coating his shoulder blades and lining his lingers.

A solid 7'3", but he walks with a slump, making him seem somewhat less intimidating to smaller fellows.
Weight :
Around 185 last time he checked, but Aizo really doesn't try to keep up on these things.

General Appearance :
Beyond the stats listed above, he is a very, very lean figure. He may appear to have no muscle mass, but he is strong in his own right (a bird-humanoid perk). He has a habit at either awkwardly staring at nothing or awkwardly staring at something he really shouldn't be (for example, he is often accused of soul searching because he gets caught on a persons face way too often). He wears a sweater type apparatus that is seriously way too wide for him, but he attaches a variety of belts and cinches to make it work, even though it looks hideous as a soaked hairless cat. His pants are just some raggedy old pair of trousers that he also keeps in place with said cinches and belts. He wears no footwear, instead his legs slowly transition from pasty grey flesh to pasty grey scales, elongated toes and eventually some wicked claws. while they are not specifically "bird feet" they definitely evoke the feeling.

Reason/Motivation to Climb the Tower :
To gain power, and hopefully by doing so increase the popularity and eventual influence of his hometown and family. Nobody likes eternally lingering near poverty, and he hopes to change it for everyone back home.

He values friendship like nothing else. Betrayal and needless hate make him despair at basically everything. He trusts in a basic level of 'humanity' of every individual, but takes it very seriously when that trust is broken or betrayed in any significant way He tends not to hate needlessly, but will hate with a vengeance when it is deserved.

He is extremely impulsive and even more stubborn about it. When Aizo sees an opportunity, he jumps for it. Even if someone is literally screaming into his ear to stop, he will continue, if only so he can prove that he was right. Even if he really isn't.
