Hello!, and welcome. very nice character. Being the last of her race is a good theme for her story, and she's running away. We don't know from who. Maybe from her past. Very interesting. However, I need to ask you to change 1 or 2 things.

It's OK if her town is now inhabited, and it's known to be a 'ghost town.' But do not force the entire floor to be a wasteland. Each floor is the size of North America proximately, so you can make up any environment in your floor, and still be a lot of space for others. (i.e. You can come from a desert, and someone else come from a tundra, and both be part of the same floor. There is a lot of space. The only floor considered a 'wasteland' is #43 because there is no guardian to control the shinsoo.)

The last point. I just want you to make clear what do you mean by this:

What I understand is that they all have a 'ghost' inside of them (Like double personality). With the exception of her, they are extinct. "Dead Souls" is a nickname of that race (Valara). And finally, do they have that power? Or is it just a rumor? Because that would obviously make it over powered, and you would need to change it (if it's an ability). If it is a rumor, then it's fine. Try to be more specific, specially if you are creating a new race.

I will aprove once you make that correction and clear this up

Shinsoo density on floor 99 is very high, this makes breathing hard and there are extreme changes of temperature from day to night. This floor is inhabited by a small number of people who live in tribes. This tribes are isolated from one another. Out side the tribes towns a large number of Shinheuhs can be found.

People feared the Valaran race because of their ability to disappear from ones sight (they have a weak presence), this and the fact they don't show emotions very often led to the invention of a rumor of how they could shatter a soul by touching. This false rumor is the reason why the Valaran race is now extinct.

If by weak presence you mean that you look like a ghost, or slightly transparent, but not completely invisible, that's OK. You can't levitate nor walk through walls however, right?. We don't want character with an unfair advantage. We want your characters to grow stronger the longer you role-play.

Yes, you are right. She can't levitate or walk through walls her power is almost like Kuroko from Kuroko no Basuke.
