Personality and Attributes: He is very capable, and a great problem solver. However, he is overconfident some times, and doesn't like to admit a mistake. He values friendship over material objects, and his main reason to climb the tower is to escape the boredom and seclusion of his home, where he's not allowed to make friends other than his own family.
Abilities and Skills: He was born with the special ability to control the temperature of Shinsoo. He studied and trained hard to create a blizzard-like attack with Shinsoo. He has learned to increase the size of his Bang, to maximize the effects of his attacks, but hasn't been able to control more than 1 bang so far.
Background: Akvo is a son of Eurasia Blossom. He has lived a boring and unchallenged life since he was born. He likes to study, and he trains secretly whenever he escapes home. Blossom had have fever for weeks before giving birth to Akvo. The entire family think it was his fault ever since they discovered his special talent. Whenever Akvo is angry he can't focus and he overheats the Shinsoo he controls. Whenever he is sad, the Shinsoo reaches the lowest temperatures he has managed so far. One day, he was so angry because his mentor wouldn't let him go out to play with the snow that he boiled some Shinsoo to the point of completely vaporizing it. Then, he realized that wasn't very useful and decided to focus on freezing Shinsoo.
