This thread will focus on all the different parties that are present within the tower as well as their respective roles in the manhwa along with a few people who are associated with each of these parties.
Everyone in the tower can be grouped into two main categories, they are the regulars and the irregulars. Let's start with that.
Regulars
Regulars are the individuals that are chosen by Headon and permitted by the Zahard empire to climb the tower. Headon travels to the residential area of the tower to choose individual that have the capability or the will to travel the tower, then the individual is directly telported to the 2nd floor(floor of the test) to check if they are suitable to continue climbing the tower.
Eg:- Androssi, Anak, Hwa Ryun.
Irregulars
Irregulars are the being that enter from outside the tower. These individuals open the door to the tower forcefully and are therefore referred to as unchosen irregulars. This is usually when an individual gets into the first floor of the tower which is unusual as all other regulars go directly to the 2nd floor. Zahard and his companions are in a sense irregulars in a way as they entered from outside of the tower, but at that time the word irregular did not exist.
When you think about the tower and how it works. You would realize that when Zahard entered the tower, there weren't any test directors. Thus to climb the tower they had to ask the floor guardians and only irregulars may do this. Thus one could say that the entire purpose of the tower, is exclusive to irregulars.
Another important fact about irregulars is that they are the only ones capable of slaying Zahard as they are not bound by the contract Zahard made with Headon(The contract that states that no regular may harm him)
Eg:- Rachel, Baam, Enryu, Urek.

When an individual climbs the tower and reaches the highest possible floor he is given the title of a ranker, the top 1% of rankers are given the title of high rankers.
Rankers
A ranker is an individual who has reached the highest possible floor(134F) and they are given a rank based on their strength(Not to be confused with the other system of ranking/grading, these ranks are simply to determine the strongest etc...)
The rank is issued by the ranking administration office, and it takes into account the individuals power, influence, social standing and recognition into account before deciding on a rank. Sometimes a higher rank may be given out just because an individual excels in one of these areas. For example Baek Ryun was given a high rank due to his influence and recognition while there is little information on his power. Evan Edrok was given a high rank because he served the Zahard Princesses, though it may not be as he has a higher rank than Yuri, doubt he's rank is just for show.
It is possible that even irregulars may become a ranker, as they are so strong, climbing the tower is easy and since the title of ranker is given to anyone who climbed till the 134F.
Eg:- Lero Ro, Quant, Karaka.
High Rankers
High rankers represent the very best of the rankers. They are 1% of all the rankers, which means there are roughly around 1000 high rankers. They are described by many as "Gods among gods" as they are stronger than one could possible imagine.
High rankers are the only one allowed to become floor rulers. Also they earn the right to climb to the 135F floor but as only irregulars can ask for tests from a floor guardian not many have ventured up there.
High rankers are also given Sobriquets(Nickname of a sort) based on accomplishments or special battle positions or aspects(Zahard being the first king has the sobriquet, "King of the Tower", Enryu is called "Red Tower" as he makes the shinsoo around him red)
Eg:- Evankhell, Zahard, Koon Eduan.

Next we have the different groups that play important roles in the Tower of God, it is possible that certain characters maybe associated with multiple groups like Yuri being a Zahard princess as well as her having affiliation with Wolhaiksong.

The Zahard family is obviously the strongest family in the tower. The family consists of Zahard, the head of the family along with the king of the tower. And Zahard's Princesses, they aren't his own daughters but are daughters tributed to him by other families. The reason they are all women is so that Zahard will not be conflicted with the thought of having a Heir. Though there is a lot of speculation going around, on the topic what relation does Wangnan have with Zahard. It is pretty interesting because there is a distinct posbility that Ja Wangnan may be a prince, as he is called, "The Prince of the Red Light District."
Another important subdivision of the Zahard Family is the Royal Enforcement Division(RED) we haven't seen much of these guys except when Lo Po Bia Ren was sent to retrieve two of the monthly series weapons.
10 Great Families

These are the 10 families that were lead by the 10 companions of Zahard, those who are now the 10 great family leaders. As of now only 9 of the family leaders have been shown or even slightly indicated.
Here are the families in order of the strength of the family leaders(Who are currently known);
Arie Family
Headed by Arie Hon. This family makes it home at the 100F, with Arie Hon staying here as the floor ruler. The Arie family is widely recognized for having great prowess in swordsmanship and also as they have the largest territory out of all the great families.
Koon Family
Headed by Koon Eduan. The family head(Eduan) has the most amount of married partners and the 2nd most number of children. The large amount of offspring have lead to there being a lot of competition among the children and the official fights were created. Where the winners were Eduan's true children and the losers were kicked out of the family or defected. Members of the Koon family are widely known for their cunning intelligence.
Ha Family
Headed by Ha Yurin. This family is blessed with an abnormally high physical strength, furthermore their contract with guardians have lead them to have the strongest body strengthening techniques in the tower.
Tu Perie Family
Headed by Tu Perie Tperie(Owner of the Opera and the Eyes Of God) not much is know of this family except that it is well known for its light bearers.
Eurasia Family
Headed by Eurasia Blossom, this family is mostly known because of it's family member, Eurasia Enne Zahard who is the strongest princess and also a great high ranker. The Eurasia Family is well known for being adept at shinsoo control.
Bidau Family
Headed by Po Bidau Gustang, along with the Eurasia family the Bidau family is also known for its proficient control over shinsoo. The family head is responsible for the creation of the research association, which is well recognized for most breakthroughs regarding shinsoo.
Hendo Family
Headed by Hendo Lok Bloodmadder, the Hendo Family holds the least infulence of any of the great families on the tower. They also have the fewest rankers, but ironically the highest number of children. The family head made a contract with a floor guardian for eternal life, but the requisite was that all of his offspring would have very short lifespans(Though this is relative as we still do not know the average lifespan of a being in the tower)
Yeon Family
Headed by Yeon Hana, the family has an unorthodox method of having children. None of the children have Hana's blood in them, rather another main member of the family known as Yeon Illarde is known for siring the children of the family. The family is of a matriarchal nature and the females tend to look down on the men.
Ari Family
Headed by Ari Han there is nothing known of this family, except the family head.
Lords
There are 3 lord in the tower and each of them takes turns ruling for a thousand year period. They have the highest authority in any politics that occur within the tower and also the final say goes to them. To avoid being bound by hereditary or being accused of being biased the 3 lords have abandoned their surnames.
1. Molic Won P. GR
The eldest of the 3 Lords. He is known as a conservative ruler who attaches great importance to the stability of the Tower. The name Mollic comes from the area he once lived in; Mollic means 'the absolute Lord of Mollic'. However it is untold what the name P. GR stands for. He is the only one of the 3 Lords whose background is unknown.
2. Joochun(Real name unknown)
Joochun is known to be a progressive Lord. He strongly asserts the advancement to the next Floor. Because he loves alcohol, he was named Joochun for 'alcoholic river'(Joo-alcohol chun-river). He was born between Ari Han and a mother who was native to the Tower but, as his mother is said to have died as she gave birth to him, this makes him a member of the Ari Family. There is a rumor that he is a drinking buddy to Urek Mazino, but this is unconfirmed.
3. Flux
The Lord known as the Magician. He is the first disciple of Macseth(Father of the Workshop) and is one of the fathers of the factory. Like all the other fathers of the factory, Magician is an artificial organism created by Masceth. However, no one has seen his real self and only the illusions he made appear here and there in the Tower
