Surname/Nickname: The Stingray Tail
Nature or Origin/History: This particular Needle is not only really small, it is tied to a virtually unbreakable cord. It's one of the best weapons for Scouts because of it's weigh and attack speed. It was nicknamed the Stingray Tail after a famous High-Ranker master of venom making used it to kill a Ruler by adding some venom to the blade. The High-Ranker was put to trial and executed. The weapon is believed to be kept by the Royal Enforcement Division (RED), in one of his headquarters in floor 35th.
